How did you originally get invited to Google+?

I was originally invited to G+ by an online friend during the last week of June. I had heard about it before then, but I try not to be distracted by the latest shiny object (Ha!!) so I put it out of my head, but of course I kept hearing about it…so when he said had invitations, I asked for one. The rest, as they say, is history…or should I say herstory.

What benefits are you seeing from being in Google+?

The biggest benefit for me is a fresh start. There’s something very refreshing about starting over on a brand new site, especially a site that you’re getting in on at the early stages. It’s exciting to see what direction Google will take this and how much of an impact it will have on internet connections and networking.

How does Google+ fit into your life or career?

It fits like all things do….there are times that I use it to network or connect with friends, and then there are times that I’m immersed in other things. It’s that wonderful ebb and flow of life that takes me where my interest goes.

A particularly interesting story or thoughts you may want to add regarding Google+

I’ve connected with some wonderful photographers on Google + and their breathtaking photos leave me filled with awe.

Where can I find more information about this fabulous woman?

I’m an unschooling mama in a multiracial family of five humans and three non-humans (two dogs and an iguana). I’m a native New Yorker currently living in Florida, adoption advocate, Libertarian, vegetarian, internet marketer and head banger.
