How did you originally get invited to Google+?

I am very active on Empire Avenue, Facebook, and Twitter so one of my friends from Empire gave me a Google+ (G+) invitation. It has allowed me to connect with my friends and many new people in what I call semi-in-real-life (IRL).

What benefits are you seeing in being in Google+?

The biggest benefit has been Hangouts because they allow me to connect with others in almost real life. I enjoy connecting with others from around the world and growing my circle of friends.

How does Google+ fit into your life or career?

It has become a key part to me staying in contact with my peers in the social media marketing industry. I’ve been able to find potential business partners that I have wanted to add to my online efforts.

A particularly interesting story or thoughts you may want to add regarding Google+

G+ has added the ability to actually “connect” and solidify my online network of friends and peers. Using G+ daily has become an important part of my business day because it’s more than just another social media website. It has brought my online networking to a new level with the Hangouts.
