How did you originally get invited to Google+?

I received 20 invitations the first day G+ opened and one of them worked.

What benefits are you seeing from being in Google+?

I love that it’s an open network like Twitter so I get to meet all sorts of new, interesting, fun, smart people but it allows me to talk directly and privately with my inner-networks.

How does Google+ fit into your life or career?

I am the founder and president of a digital marketing firm and we do a lot of new media work. We create programs that allow audiences to participate in making brands stronger. We know that when businesses treat their audiences as participant rather than just buyers they can get the most benefit out of the relationships they build this way. Google+ will be an even batter catalyst for that participation than Facebook or Twitter have been.

A particularly interesting story or thoughts you may want to add regarding Google+

In the first days of Google+ I created a Google+ extensions document that I hope will continue growing. You can find it here.
