Have you ever wondered, as I have, what makes one person’s business overflow with opportunity and the other person barely able to find clients? It doesn’t always come down to intelligence or talent or dedication. It isn’t that one person wants success and the other doesn’t. The difference lies in what each person knows and how she makes use of that knowledge.
Over two decades of ‘in the trenches’ experience both as a corporate professional and as an independent business woman have provided me with an intense and focused understanding of what it means to be successful in today’s business environment. I want to help you realize and achieve the success that I have by learning to use social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and others to grow your women-lead business. I can teach you how to grow your business with a minimal amount of time and money using social media.
I’ve been providing professional coaching to women as a part of my career for 23 years. It is what I do and what I believe in – and everything I live. Women want to lead fulfilling lives and run compassionate and profitable businesses. They turn to me to sort through massive amounts of knowledge and resources to find the right fit for their business. Women don’t have one extra minute to spare to ‘play around’ with social media to find what works – and what does not work – for their specific and unique needs. They look to me to uncover the gems that will benefit them. Women put so much time and effort into every aspect of their business and only need a bit of encouragement, guidance, and coaching to reach – and exceed – their goals. Who are these women?
Women like you.

Who will find value from this program?
This Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program is designed for women business owners, freelancers, and professionals who:
- have an established business, practice or career
- are thinking of starting a new business and need direction and focus
- have basic to well-developed online experience (or at least a desire to learn and take action now)
- have a solid professional background and want to gain a higher level of expertise to offer social media services to others
- are willing to incorporate social media into their business or career strategy
- need to take their business or career to the next level of success

Who will not find the program beneficial?
This opportunity is not for everyone. Women that may not benefit from my Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program are:
- convinced social media is just a passing fad, too risky, or too time consuming
- secure and satisfied in their success, earnings, and time / life balance
- already growing their business rapidly and cannot handle an additional influx of clients or work
This coaching program requires dedication and determination from both you and me. It is an investment designed to improve your productivity and success using social media. If you have hesitations or doubts about moving your business forward now, your time and money will be wasted.

What can I expect from private coaching sessions?
The Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program is designed with your needs and goals in mind. While I do follow a time-tested education and strategy of my own creation, I understand that every person’s situation is unique. I actively work with you to tailor your sessions to evolve as your progress and success flourish.
My coaching program is a three-month journey that will require you spend an hour a week interacting directly with me as well as other ‘homework’ such as light reading or writing exercises designed to lead you closer to your goals. Giving up just one television show a week will give you the time you need to dedicate to this program and improve your business. Trust me, the latest reality TV show just doesn’t produce the same results! Here is what you can expect from private coaching sessions:
- weekly private calls or video conferences from 30-60 minutes each
- weekly ‘homework’ tasks designed to gain the customized knowledge and experience you need
- online video, audio and reading materials to teach and reinforce ideas we build together
- priority email support so that you can ask what you need, when you need to

What will I learn?
While I customize each coaching experience to meet the needs of my clients, there is a general flow and curriculum that I follow that incorporates the following touch points and more.
- Business: Overview of your business goals, product offerings, current marketing and technology strategy, etc.
- Social Media Setup: Learn first hand how to set up your social media accounts properly and which platforms will best meet your business goals
- Social Media Use & Best Practices: Learn the ropes around each of the social media networks – even if you are not actively using them to grow your business – and learn to promote your business in the online ecosystem
- Time Balance: How to best manage your social media use to produce the best results with the least amount of time and make certain you can handle new business demands without a negative impact on your life
- Progress Check: You will learn how to track and measure your success using social media to improve your business, learn how ‘ROI’ (return on investment) can easily be measured, identify areas in your social media outreach that can be improved on – and how to improve them
- Future-Proof Tools: I will teach you ways to stay ‘in the know’ with social media and always be ahead of the curve with minimal effort

What does a coach ‘do’ exactly?
A coach is the person you turn to for non-biased advice on decisions and help provide focus and direction with new learning opportunities specifically for you. Many professionals and business owners do not have a peer to brainstorm with. Your “significant other” may not be in the position to give advice or knowledgeable in the areas where you need assistance. Sometimes it can even cause stress in a relationship.
Want to know a secret? I have a business coach. Yes, the coach has a coach! Business today is competitive and ever-changing. Having a coach is no longer a luxury – it’s a necessity.

Why is this coaching just offered to women?
Here’s the thing: women have different needs, communication styles, and goals than men do – both personally and professionally. How we use social media networks is different. How we develop relationships and form connections with others is different. How we handle success - and failure – is different. How we perceive ourselves is different. How our employees, bosses, and clients interact with us is different. I believe that how we are trained, coached, and mentored should be different. As a professional businesswoman for over 20 years, I understand what it takes not just to ‘survive’ but ‘thrive’ in an aggressive business environment.
Women are ‘care givers’ – this is widely known. You take care of your family, your friends, your work. Who takes care of you? Where is your advocate making sure that you are on the right path and making progress professionally? Your business and your career development is completely up to YOU to advance. My job as your coach in the Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program is to be your advocate and keep your best interests in mind.

How much does this program cost?
I want you to consider how much it is costing you to not have focus, direction, and the right knowledge in your business or career. How many wasted hours have you spent trying to find the solution to a problem that could have been easily solved by someone ‘in the know?’ How many clients are slipping though your fingers – or worse, into a competitor’s grasp – because you lack the ability to use and communicate effectively with social media? How many times have you stalled on making a business decision because you lacked the confidence or knowledge to take action?
A mentor of mine once told me, “you don’t know what you don’t know.” How right she was! We honestly have no idea how much money (or time) we are losing by not having the proper support system and educational opportunities in place for ourselves and our businesses. One thing is for sure: the longer you wait, the more you will lose.
The three-month Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program costs a total of $1,249. This is a deeply-discounted price from my 2011 rates. (It is quickly becoming 2012 and my rates will increase.) In the past, a similar coaching program sold for $12,000. So why am I offering this at such a reduced rate? That’s easy. Because I am conducting the program ‘virtually’ my costs are greatly reduced. There is no travel involved, no hotel, no renting conference rooms, no time away from my family. (That last one is really important to me!)
Think $1,249 is steep? Not really. How much would you spend to attend just one industry conference? I can tell you that for me, the ticket price to walk in the door exceeds the cost of the Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program. That does not including the $900 for hotel and food, $640 for airfare, and $30 for pizza my family ordered in while I was gone – not to mention the missed income from being away from my business. Yes, conferences are important and vital for any professional. However, in the end, they don’t provide you with personalized professional guidance and the hands-on training you need to get ahead quickly in your business. My program does.

How do I get started NOW?
Congratulations! The first thing to do is to click the ‘buy now’ button below to secure your spot in the Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program. Next, email me so that we can set up your first coaching meeting and I can send you the pre-coaching questionnaire to start the program. I take on a very limited number of coaching clients, so even if your schedule does not permit you to start your journey right away, you will need to get on my calendar to secure your spot. Don’t wait until your ‘New Years Resolution’ to make the jump – act now or you will most likely miss your chance!
I am still unsure if I want to move forward with this program, what should I do?
You contact me, that’s the first step! We can set up a 15-30 minute chat to discuss some high-level ideas to get you successfully using social media for business.
Next, I have a few book recommendations for you. I have read every one (some are published by professional friends of mine) and recommend them as optional content as part of the Social Media for Women in Business Coaching Program. While it will require a good deal of time to read them all and even more time to understand and implement the ideas and tactics discussed, they are a very good ‘self-help’ solution. (It is over $400 worth of books and approximately 6,000 pages.) Download the free PDF below to get your recommended reading list!
